Mostly local, organic, or homemade, breakfast at Markus is served at the table and remains a moment of freedom: everyone creates their own menu, their own way.
The classics — breads, pastries, brioche, eggs, cheeses and cold cuts — bring the comfort you expect. Markus signatures — banana bread, homemade granola, seasonal fruit salad — give the morning its personality. And to go with them, fresh-pressed juices and carefully prepared hot drinks: specialty coffees, refined teas, hot chocolate or latte.
Fuel for the Day
No need to wait until evening to slow down. By day, the lounge and terrace host a premium coffee shop where specialty coffees, fresh drinks, sweet or savory plates — even brunch — pair with meetings or well-deserved breaks.

At Markus, evenings are never ordinary. From 6 to 8 pm, in the lounge or on the terrace, the aperitif becomes an exclusive rendezvous, reserved for hotel guests.
On the drinks side: signature cocktails, wines, and juices full of flavor — alcohol-free, yet never without character.
On the plates: generous boards and spreads to share.
Here, the aperitif is more than a tradition: it’s a ritual that extends the day and opens the evening — a true moment to unwind and enjoy.
